You have a health goal, and maybe your doctor/practitioner has given you a pamphlet on a particular dietary plan. But you are not sure where to start, or even why this is the diet that was recommended to you. Maybe you think the ones given a pamphlet are the lucky one, as you were just told something vague, like, "you should work on improving your diet."
There is so much information out there, and it can be overwhelming to sort through all the fluff. Well I've done the deep dive for you. I've collected a list of dietary plans and curated clusters of diets around what health goal it was designed to improve. To make the list, these diets have either been scientifically tested to show some improvement, or are based on sound scientific evidence.
The aim of this guide is to give you a better understanding of your options according to your goals, know the pros and cons, and help you have a resource on where to start your health journey.
