The goal of this program is to get you set up for success with your new dietary plan. First, we will start by identifying a dietary plan to try. You will identify the favorite foods you can eat, and eliminate the foods to avoid (gradually if possible). You will make your kitchen, or at least part of your kitchen, be your safe zone. We will work together to identify three symptoms to start tracking. And we will together create a one-week customized meal plan for your first fully immersed week in your new dietary pattern.
If you have not already done so, start by setting up a free one-on-one call with Daphne prior to registration. (click button on lower right corner) This is to verify that this is an appropriate course for you, and if so, you may be eligible for a discount code.)
Once you register, you will receive, over the course of one month:
- Syllabus
- One intro group call
- Two class sessions (as group calls)
- Three private consultations with Daphne
- Feedback on submitted homework
- Personalized References (bibliography, videos, cookbook recommendations, etc)
- Access to private group community
If you are joining before December 1, 2024, phase one will extend through December 31. For the same price, you will be getting extra 1:1s and group calls, around the subjects that typically come up during the holiday season, and all the feasting that happens! You should enjoy it all. You will have a session once a week, alternating between 1:1 and group sessions. So the earlier you join, the more you sessions you get!
