Let's cook together on Salad Saturdays, a live, hands-on Zoom class where we make our salad together in real time. You’ll chop, mix, and toss right alongside me from your own kitchen.

Each class in the series features one dressing and a fresh salad that uses it. We’ll start by making the dressing together, then assemble the salad. You’ll have time to enjoy your creation while I demonstrate a second way to use the same dressing on another dish.
