Salad Saturdays: Mediterranean Vinaigrette

The Salad Saturdays Series falls every other Saturday, starting Jan 3, starting at noon and lasting 2 hours.

Join me for Salad Saturdays, a live, hands-on Zoom class where we make our salad together in real time. You’ll chop, mix, and toss right alongside me from your own kitchen.

Each class in the series features one dressing and a fresh salad that uses it. We’ll start by making the dressing together, then assemble the salad. You’ll have time to enjoy your creation while I demonstrate a second way to use the same dressing on another dish.

In this class: we’ll make a Mediterranean vinaigrette, use it to prepare a Greek salad, and while you eat, I’ll demo a pasta salad that highlights the same dressing in a different way. Please have your ingredients ready before class begins; a downloadable ingredient list and recipe packet will be provided after registration.
